Effective Business Solutions, LLC. sells products produced by other companies as well products that we produce on a custom basis for our customers.

1. Products that are purchased through Effective Business Solutions, LLC. via this site or by other means (books, software, etc.) may be returned for refund if returned within the first 30 days of purchase in the original unopened package along with the original purchase receipt. Items must be returned to:

2. Products that have been customized by Effective Business Solutions, LLC. for use by its customers (organizing boards, testing packages, admin scales, etc. are not eligible for return for refund.
