Executive Technologies LLC. strives to meet the highest standards of
customer service in the industry. With this purpose in mind, all
reasonable efforts are taken to create a successful relationship
with our customers. Because we believe our success is directly tied
to the success of our customers it is necessary to set out the
following:

Sound Executive Technologies is located in the Puget Sound area of
Washington so delivery of services which require client visits,
onsite delivery, etc. are limited to that geographical area. In the
circumstance that a customer wishes delivery outside that geographic
area, Sound Executive Technologies reserves the right to direct the
customer to a WISE® licensed consultant that serves their
locality. Our effort here is to ensure that all customers get prompt
service.

Since the beginning of Hubbard® Management Technology,
there have been WISE licensed vendors and consultants who have
worked to make the subject available in its most relevant and
convenient forms so businesses and individuals could get the best
possible results. These WISE licensed companies have created books,
courses and software based fully on the standard application of Mr.
Hubbard's breakthrough technology. Sound Executive Technologies,
LLC. has formed relations with these providers in order to make
their products and services available to our clients. Sound
Executive Technologies, LLC. shares customer information with these
providers as needed to ensure the best possible service to the
customer. Beyond that limited circumstance, all customer information
is kept under strictest confidence. Customers with service or
technical support issues are directed to the individual provider's
technical support department to ensure they receive the most direct
help possible with their concerns.
3. It
should be recognized that Sound Executive Technologies is neither a
law office nor an accounting agency and does not dispense legal nor
financial advice. In any case where legal or financial advice is
warranted the customer is directed to contact their own legal or
accounting professionals.

Sound Executive Technologies, LLC endeavors to provide the very best
in customer service. In the event an area of dispute should arise,
Sound Executive Technologies will make every reasonable effort to
resolve the issue in a quick and mutually agreeable manner. Any
irresolvable dispute shall be addressed through mediation. If an
agreement is not obtained through mediation, the dispute shall be
settled through arbitration. If an arbitrator cannot be agreed on by
the parties, both parties will select an arbitrator who will meet
and choose a final arbitrator who will do the arbitration. The costs
of the arbitration will be part of the arbitrator's decision. Any
judgment reached through mediation or decided by the arbitrator will
be enforceable in any court having jurisdiction and shall be binding
on both parties. Sound Executive Technologies, LLC's liability will
in no case exceed the total amount paid.
